CREAMY MOROCCAN CHICKEN PASTA IN 3 EASY STEPS

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

  • Penne Pasta – 150g (uncooked)
  • Water – 1.5 Liters (1500 ml)
  • Chicken – 500g
  • Tomato Paste – 3 tbsp (60g)
  • Garlic (minced) – 4 cloves (8g)
  • Butter – 3 tbsp (50g)
  • Cream – ¾ cup (180ml)
  • Milk – ½ cup (125ml)
  • 1 pkt Munchelis Moroccan Pasta Sauce Mix
  • 1 pkt Munchelis Moroccan Chicken Mix

3 EASY STEPS

STEP 1: PREPARE THE PASTA & CHICKEN

Boil 150g uncooked Penne Pasta for 10–12 minutes until soft. Strain and set aside. Marinate 500g chicken with 2 tbsp oil and Munchelis Moroccan Chicken Mix. Let sit for 15 minutes. Grill or pan-cook 3–4 mins per side until done.

STEP 2: MAKE THE MOROCCAN PASTA SAUCE

Melt 3 tbsp butter in a pan. Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute. Stir in 3 tbsp tomato paste and Munchelis Moroccan Pasta Sauce Mix. Add ¾ cup cream and ½ cup milk. Stir and cook 3–5 minutes until thickened.

STEP 3: COMBINE & SERVE

Add boiled pasta into the sauce and mix well. Top with grilled Munchelis Moroccan Chicken and serve hot.
