Munchelis Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time:
We strive to deliver your order within 5 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that “working days” exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Areas:
Currently, we deliver across Pakistan with plans to expand internationally soon. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination city.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Occasionally, Munchelis offers free or discounted shipping promotions — keep an eye on our website and social media channels.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

Delays:
While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, courier delays, or public holidays may extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any delays.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery:
Please provide accurate and complete delivery details at the time of order. Munchelis is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses or failure to receive the parcel. In such cases, re-shipping may incur additional charges.

Returns and Refunds:
As a food product, Munchelis follows strict hygiene standards; therefore, returns are only accepted in case of defective or incorrect items. Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order for assistance.
