MOROCCAN CHICKEN IN 5 EASY STEPS

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

  • 1½ Cups Milk /400 ml
  • 2 Tbsp Oil / 30 ml
  • 2 Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste / 25g
  • ½ Cup Cream / 120 ml
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter/ 45g
  • 2 Chicken Breasts

5 EASY STEPS

STEP 1: MARINATE THE CHICKEN

Add Chicken Breasts. Add Oil over the Chicken. Add Munchelis Moroccan Chicken Mix and Marinate well. Leave for 5–10 minutes. Let's prepare the Rice.

STEP 2: COOK SEASONED ONION RICE (NO WASHING NEEDED!)

In a pot, Add Butter and Chopped Onions. Sauté until the onions turn Light Golden Brown. Add the Munchelis Seasoned Onion Rice directly into the pot. (No need to wash – it's already cleaned and seasoned with herbs!) Add 1½ Glasses of Water/ 450 ml. Let it cook until all Water is Absorbed and Rice Become Soft.

STEP 3: GRILL OR PAN-FRY THE CHICKEN

Heat a Grill Pan or fry pan. Place the Chicken on the hot pan. Grill Until the Chicken is fully cooked inside.

STEP 4: PREPARE CREAMY MOROCCAN SAUCE

In a pan, Add Butter and Chopped Garlic. Sauté until Garlic turns Light Brown. Add Tomato Paste and stir for 1 minute. Add Munchelis Moroccan Sauce Mix. Pour in Milk. Add Cream. Stir It and Let the sauce Boil Until It Becomes Thick.

STEP 5: SERVE

Add rice to the plate, pour sauce over the chicken—and your delicious Moroccan Chicken meal is ready.
